SEVERN PAC-12 PLAYER OF THE WEEK
- Following Gonzaga women's soccer's first week in the conference, the Bulldogs' Amelia Severn was named the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week Tuesday.
- Severn scored four goals and recorded an assist, all in the first half, as GU opened its new Pac-12 era with an emphatic 5-1 victory over South Florida.
- She matched the program record for most goals in a single game, finding the back of the net four times in the first 45 minutes.
- It was the first four-goal game by a Zag since 1998. Severn's nine points were the second-most points in a single game by a Bulldog and the most since 2000.
- Severn moved into Gonzaga's top 10 in career scoring following her four-goal performance. She rose to eighth all-time at GU with 18 career goals.
- The Shoreline, Wash., native scored 10 goals last season and scored on all four of her shots on the opening night.

- After 47 years in the West Coast Conference, Gonzaga officially embarks in its new home, the Pac-12 Conference.
- Bulldog women's soccer was in the WCC for 32 seasons.
TRIO NAMED PRESEASON IMPACTS
- Amelia Severn, Samantha Snorsky, and Makayla Werner were all tabbed to the preseason Pac-12 Impact List as submitted by the league's nine head coaches.
- Severn, a junior midfielder, was named First Team All-Region and All-Conference last season. She was third in the conference in goals (10) and points (25).
- Snorsky was the West Coast Conference's Freshman of the Year in 2025. She was second in the conference with nine assists.
- Werner started in all 19 matches last season and was honorable mention All-WCC.
ZAGS TABBED SIXTH IN PAC-12 POLL
- In their first year in the conference, the Zags were selected sixth in the Pac-12's preseason poll as voted by the league's head coaches. Head coaches were not allowed to rank their team.

- The 19-match regular-season schedule includes nine home contests at Luger Field and eight Pac-12 Conference matches.
A TRUE WORLD CLASS VENUE
- Gonzaga's Luger Field served as the Egypt's Team Base Camp Training Site for the FIFA World Cup. Team Base Camps served as a "home away from home" for national teams throughout the tournament.
- New grass was installed Luger Field.
- The seven-time Africa Cup of Nations champions won their first-ever World Cup match in the tournament and advanced to the Round of 16 for the first time.
