Why LaBrie chose Gonzaga: "I felt very comfortable on the Gonzaga campus. The university has built a great reputation for both students and athletes. The baseball program offered great help and care to each player, creating complete team atmosphere. I feel like I can be very success as a Bulldog."
Machtolf on LaBrie: "We are very excited for Troy to join the program in 2014. Troy comes to us as the top hitter in the state of Washington and will contribute quickly with his outstanding bat. He enters a very polished defender behind the plate and he should fit right in the Gonzaga community."
