Rain Washes Out Baseball

SPOKANE, Wash. - The Gonzaga University baseball game scheduled for Tuesday at 3 p.m. against Lewis-Clark State College at Avista Stadium has been cancelled due to rain in the Spokane area. The game has yet to be rescheduled.
Gonzaga will look to remain on top of the West Coast Conference Coast Division this weekend as they travel to play Saint Mary's College in a pivotal three-game series in Moraga, Calif. The Bulldogs (26-20, 13-10 WCC) are in a tie for first place in the WCC Coast Division with the University of San Diego, and are one game ahead of Loyola Marymount University who sits in third place. This Friday, the Zags will take the field at 3 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday the games are set for a 1 p.m. start.
