GU Saturday Baseball Moved To A Single Game

SPOKANE, Wash. - Gonzaga's Saturday baseball game against Washington State in Pullman has been changed from a double-header to a single game. The contest was originally listed as a double-header, in case extra games were needed due to early season rain outs. The single game at Bailey-Brayton Field will start at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The road game is sandwiched between two home games against WSU on Friday and Sunday. Friday's start time is 2:30 p.m. while Sunday's game will start at 1:00 p.m. at August / A.R.T. Stadium in Spokane.
Saturday's single game will be broadcast on Spokane radio station KTRW AM 970. Larry Weir will provide all the play-by-play action for Saturday's game starting at 12:50 p.m. with the Zags pre-game show. The game can also be heard on the internet through the Gonzaga Athletic Web Site at www.gozags.com
