Men's Tennis Earns Two-Seed, Set for WCC Championships

- Gonzaga enters the WCC Championships as a program-record No. 2 seed after going 7-2 in league play.
- GU will face the winner of the match between No. 3 BYU and No. 6 Santa Clara that will be played Thursday afternoon.
- The top six teams in the league make the WCC Tournament, and the last time the Zags made the six-team field was 2015 as the No. 6 seed.
- Gonzaga's Sam Feit earned All-WCC First Team honors in singles and teamed with Ruadhan O'Sullivan to earn All-WCC First Team honors in doubles.
- Both Vincent Rettke and Ruadhan O'Sullivan earned All-WCC Honorable Mention in singles.
- Simon Homedes Dualde and Emilio Moreno earned WCC Doubles Team of the Week honors after a strong win against Portland last week that helped GU clinch the doubles point.

- Sam Feit is 17-5 in dual-match play this season, splitting his time at No. 1 and No. 2 in the singles lineup. He's 24-8 overall on the year, the team's highest singles win total.
- Kyle Everly is 13-8 in dual matches, splitting his time between Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 in the GU lineup. Seven of his 13 wins have come at the No. 3 spot.
- Vincent Rettke is a team-best 16-4 in duals this season, including a 14-2 mark at No. 4. He's 19-6 overall.
- The duo of Sam Feit/Ruadhan O'Sullivan is 12-7 in dual match play and 21-8 on the season.
- Gonzaga also was recognized with the No. 20-ranked recruiting class in the nation, the highest in program history.
- The Zags, under new head coach Jonas Piibor, got off to a program-best 4-0 start to the dual-match season.
