THE TIP-OFF:
- Gonzaga and CSU Bakersfield meet for the third time ever in the McCarthey Athletic Center on Monday, at 6 p.m.
- The Bulldogs have won both of the previous two matchups, both in the McCarthey Athletic Center, with the latest coming in 2011.
- The Zags won the first meeting in 2010, 78-59, and the second meeting, 96-49, in 2011.
- Gonzaga is coming off a 96-51 win over North Alabama. Five Zags finished in double-digits led by Zach Norvell Jr.'s 20 points. Brandon Clarke recorded his sixth double-double of the season with 16 points and 12 rebounds.
- GU has outscored its last two opponents, 64-7, through the first 10 minutes of the game. The Bulldogs' average lead at halftime is 52-16.

- Suber leads the team with eight boards a game, while Holden has a team best 56 assists.
- Bakersfield was picked fifth in the nine-member Western Athletic Conference preseason poll. Durham was named to the preseason All-WAC team.
