Biography
2024-25:
Received All-WAC First Team recognition in both seasons and was the 2024 WAC Player of the Year … One of only seven players in GCU history (and only at D-I level) to sit in the program's 1,000-point club with only two seasons played … Had 20-point outings in all three of his NCAA Tournament games: 29 vs. Alabama (2024), 23 vs. Maryland (2025) and 22 vs. Saint Mary's (2024) … Led the team in points per game (14.8) for the second straight season … Led the WAC in scoring for conference games (17.4) on 53.2% shooting (second in WAC) … Ranked third in the WAC in steals per game (1.7), fourth in points per game (14.8), tied for fourth in blocks per game (1.5) and eighth in rebounds per game (5.9) … Named the WAC Preseason Player of the Year and Preseason All-WAC … Other preseason honors included: Naismith Trophy Watch List, Jerry West Shooting Guard of the Year Top 20 Preseason Watch List and Jay Bilas Preseason All-America Second Team … Averaged 14.0 points during GCU's three-game WAC Tournament Championship run to land on the WAC All-Tournament Team for the second straight year … With 40 blocks, tied teammate Lök Wur for second in GCU's D-I single-season records … Named WAC Player of the Week on two occasions … Led the team in scoring in 12 games, scored in double figures in 21 games and logged six 20-point games.
2023-24:
Finished in the nation's top 20 for points (19th, 684) and top 10 for free throws (ninth, 210), and leading GCU to its first NCAA tournament win and scoring 22 and 29 points … Named the WAC Player of the Year, the first Lope to win the honor … Led the conference in scoring at 20.1 points per game, the first GCU player to hold that distinction since DeWayne Russell (21.2, 2016-17) … Was a finalist for the Lute Olson National Player of the Year … Named the WAC Tournament Most Outstanding Player after scoring 28 and 22 points, respectively, in GCU's semifinal and final wins … Won six WAC Newcomer of the Week awards and three WAC Player of the Week awards … With 684 total points, posted the highest scoring season in GCU's Division I era and the third-highest scoring season in the program's all-time history … Set the program's all-time record for made free throws in a season at 210 (was: Josh Braun, 203, 2015-16) … Set the program's D-I season records for: field goals at 212 and blocks at 50 … Led GCU in scoring (20.1 per game), minutes (33.4 per game), 3-pointers (50), free throws made (210) and blocks (50) … Had 17 games of 20 or more points, four more than the nearest WAC player. Scored in double figures in 32 of his 34 games played … Tied the program's all-time record for free throws made without a miss (also: Mike Haddow, 1974) when he converted on 14 of 14 in the home finale against Stephen F. Austin on March 2.

2020-21:
Played in 22 games with the Jayhawks while averaging 3.1 points and 2.2 rebounds per game in 8.2 minutes per contest … Played 14 or more minutes in five games … Scored a season-high 13 points against Omaha on Dec. 11 … Recorded seven points and two rebounds against USC in the NCAA Tournament
JUNIOR COLLEGE:
At Indian Hills CC in Ottumwa, Iowa, earned NJCAA All-American Honorable Mention honors, averaging 16.5 points and 6.5 rebounds on a 30-3 team … Led Indian Hills during the shortened 2019-20 season with 16.5 points per game along with a rebounding average of 6.5 boards per game.
