2024
- Played in 35 games, starting in 33... batted .283 with 32 hits, four home runs, and 13 runs batted in... led the team in slugging (.460) while finishing fourth in average, fifth in on-base percentage (.359), fifth in doubles (8), and third in hit-by-pitches (7)... picked up a season-high three hits, three runs batted in and two doubles on May 6 against No. 7 Oregon State.

Prior to Gonzaga
- Batted .373 with 14 RBIs and four home runs and nine stolen bases during his senior season at Menlo-Atherton HS. While at Skyline Junior College, Coupe batted .356 with 38 RBIs, ten home runs, 16 stolen bases and twice earned First Team All-Northern California.
