WROW's Head of the Pend Oreille Cancelled

<> High winds on the Pend Oreille River near Priest River, Idaho, forced the cancellation of the Gonzaga women’s rowing team’s first regatta of the season.

Winds picked up shortly after the launch of the initial session leading to the cancellation of the event.

The women’s crew team will be back on the water in a matchup with Washington State on the Spokane River on Oct. 10 at 10 a.m. The regatta will be the first of back-to-back home weekends for the Zags.
