Prior to Gonzaga
- Was a four year varsity cross country and track athlete at Mead High School... After being unable to participate in XC her sophomore year due to a knee injury, helped her team to an undefeated cross season in 2021 and Greater Spokane League Championship, District 8 Championship, and 3A State Championship... During the 2022 track season she was a member of the GSL and District 8 champion 4x400m relay team, a team that placed third at state... The relay went on to defend their league and district title the following (2023) season and placed first at state with a time of 3:54.45.
- Ferraro ended her high school career with personal bests of 2:17.47 in the 800m, 5:18.38 in the 1600m, and a 19:20 5k in cross country.
