SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Wil Smith of Gonzaga was named the University Credit Union WCC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week after guiding the Bulldogs to a first-place finish last weekend.

Smith led the Gonzaga men's squad to their seventh straight team title at the Clash of the Inland Northwest on Friday when he took the individual title, crossing the finish line at 18:32.7.
