McPhee ran fifth-fastest indoor mile in program history
BOISE, Idaho — The Gonzaga women's track team closed out their indoor schedule at the Bronco Challenge inside the Jacksons Indoor Track Saturday.
Jordan McPhee's 5:06.82 fifth-place finish in the mile, moved her from No. 6 to No. 5 all-time at GU. Ally Legard climbed to seventh in program history with her 5:07.78 seventh place finish.
Morgan Greene ran the second-fastest 400-meter time in program history. She crossed the line at 1:01.08. Brianna Vasquez was close behind at 1:02.80.
Monica Ripple won the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:42.39. She finished well ahead of the field, as the second-place finisher crossed the line at 19:16.93.
